Banking app frustration

great idea to allow customers to make calls directly from the banking app however the customer service person cannot assist you because you won't get an authentication pop-up message and therefore have to call directly from your phone or go to the branch. I have also been on the phone for close to two hours without proper assistance from the various call center agents.
