Banking app - electricity in arrears(Prepaid Elect

This has been going on for quite some time and every cent adds up. This is ***** and I should never be in arrears as you can see in the highlighted text. I cannot even go back and view my history for last year either for my purchases of prepaid electricity.

Why and How is this possible for me to be in a arrears as you are a vendor for Eskom.

I want this investigated ASAP, After all your slogan is \FNB How Can We Help YOU\"

Electricity Details
Date and Time
26 Mar 2016 06:14:30
From Account
***
Channel
Online Banking
Reference
VODSQ8SRTBYC
Purchased for
***
Supplier Name
ESK
Electricity Token
***
Electricity Units
400.60
Electricity Amount
500.00
Service Fee
0.00
Arrears Amount
1.83
FBE Token
- - - -
FBE Units
0

Electricity Details
Date and Time
26 Feb 2016 09:04:36
From Account
***
Channel
Online Bank"
