Banking app Chat Agents keep disconnecting chats
Tried to request a bank rating letter through the FNB banking app Chat but can't assistance. Seemingly the agents keep on disconnecting the chat. Held for over 40 mins.

30 Jan 2021, 22:50And after for that long I am told that I can't be assisted because of an account that was overdrawn. Been with this bank for over 10 years. I hope Bank Zero will be opening it's doors soon. I am moving with my family, friends and associates.
