Banking App Blues

I moved up a tier on my e-Bucks by installing the banking app on my phone and regularly using it. This phone broke and I replaced it with another phone. I downloaded the banking app again and found that although the app installed 100% correctly, I could not login die to screen-size. I could click and access some other areas of the form but could not get to see the login box.

Online banking subsequently informed me that I no longer qualify for ANY e-Bucks. I recently bought a new phone and installed the app and logged in. I still received the message of not qualifying for e-Bucks. Querying this I am told that yes, I am being punished for installing an app that I am forced to use that does not work on the phone I had and sorry for you...but thats the way it is. Have a nice day.

Nowhere do they list devices compatible or not compatible. Not once during the installation of the app was there any message stating that I may not be able to see the login box. Yet I am being punsihed and my rightful e-Bucks withheld due to their App not working.

This is the second major issue that I have had with FNB in as many weeks. Perhaps it is time to upgrade to a bank that actually aupports their customers. Not punish them for their own incompetence.
