Banking

I have been waiting for FNB call for so long .every time when I write complain they always say that they will call me I have sent the required documents but still they don’t reply me .Boitumelo Mohamed the one you hold my case they don’t bother their self to investigate even to call me .im tired of your useless bank please I need my funds I don’t want to bank with you anymore you don’t have customer care you are so useless bank.

I need feedback as soon as possible I have been waiting for so long I even sent the required documents so Boitumelo mogane who is holding my matter they are doing anything they are relaxing I don’t know if this is how you treat customers .I don’t want to bank with you anymore I only want my funds.you freeze my funds but you know very well to take the charges.i want all my funds I don’t care about your charges because I’m not able to use the funds.you have a poor services.
