I just want to say FNB the right hand doesn't know what the left hand is doing l changed my debit on the last day of June 2023 on the FNB app when it was the date for the Debit to go off and it didn't l phone FNB and was told that the system doesn't recognize 8 l must make it on the 10 which l agreed ans the 10th came and again it didn't go off so l paided myself at 6 in the morning and received two sms saying the accounts have been paided and thank me for the payments and at 12 same date l was sent 2 sms saying my accounts still haven't been paided and it will effect my account l phoned FNB and explain and was told to ignore the SMS and the matter was dealt with
