Today my account was debited with R 12,0 21. 23 from FNB credit card division saying I have an arrangement with them to deduct that amount monthly. I do not have any arrangement of that nature with this bank. Last month I raised a similar matter with the same bank as they have a habit of bullying clients even those who pay diligently. I was upset as the bank never seemed to recognise any payments all they did was send threatening emails, sms and nasty phone calls. I got fed up and approached hello peter and after my complaint I was attended to, the matter was resolved and even received an email to confirm this. Today they deduct the above amount with no agreement. I wish FNB to provide me with the voice recording of this agreement that I accepted to enter into a debit order arrangement for them to deduct the stated amount, I also wish for them to present any communication in which we agreed on the plan and the name of the consultant who dealt with this matter. Mzanzi this is an example of how the banks are perpetuating failure and for me I can encourage anyone on two things first keep your money under the mattress, do not bank your money and second never take Hire Purchase car or home loans because banks will give you help to fail you. Standard bank not any better I have a home loan that the principle for the last 10 years has never dropped a cent I've always paid interest only. Black child in Mzanzi you on your own. If I do not get that money back in my account I will go to as many media houses as possible I will be on every TV station, Radio, Newspaper and Social Media I will expose the banks for what they do to us.
