Banking

I recently went into FNB Cradlestone Mall, near Krugersdorp, as I couldn't access my banking via the app. A young man, Amahle Nhlapho, offered to assist. He was knowledgeable, spoke vlearly and channelled us to the "helpline phonebooth" for their assistance, all the time hovering in the background offering his help where necessary. Eventually, between HO and Amahle, the problem was identified and solved. Our appreciation goes out to FNB and Amahle for their patience and assistance.
