Banking

I have been waited for a call from FNB but since I write my complain they are not doing anything with my matter I have sent the documents they need but still no response .enough is enough .when I go to the branch they don’t help me they even tried to call Boitumelo Mogane the one who is holding this matter but still he/she don’t respond the call.i send him/her documents but still waiting for their answer.i have been patient for long time .all I want is my funds and leave your business I don’t want to bank with you anymore you don’t have customer care.you only know to take your charges while you freeze my funds
