I have never experienced such frustration as I have today with your banker Ongeziwe. This person is the most *********** individual I have ever had the misery to encounter. I had a very simple question. The question was if the amount I was being charged for a new revolving facility was due to the initiation fee. This rocket scientist of yours doesn’t understand anything. He keeps going on about minimum and maximum debit order amounts. I am not asking for debit order thresholds. I am asking WHY I am being charged this for a facility I haven’t used. But no. He kept repeating from his song sheet. Can you kindly get someone competent to answer me? And can you please revisit this individual - this person should not be in banking. They are completely *********** and I worry about the state of My Affairs in your hands if you think this is a suitable banker
