Banker does not introduce himself to new clients?

I am on spousal account and have been trying to order my new debit card for almost a month now since mine has expired and I’m not winning, I’ve gone on app chat, emailed our old banker who really tried to assist (thank you Thenjiwe Krappie & Cecily Mathabe) but the thing is we have a new banker and all we know is his name: Warren Belt. He never sent an introductory email, we don’t have his contact number or email address and I’m just here needing a debit card and out of options of who to contact because I have no info on our banker. This is really frustrating!
