Bank with FNB and get black listed!

I am a private client and recently requested my wife's accounts and mine to be closed. The banker was absolutely useless and didn't add and value. Some stuff he could do, but some I would have to go to a branch, then he isn't available, then he forgot, bla bla bla! So much for a go-to guy, more like someone annoyed by even answering the phone. Really not a pleasant experience! I would love to know what the criteria is to become a banker? <br> I then decided to go to my local FNB branch in Centurion. This was the second mistake!!<br> Since then I have visited FNB Centurion and Sandton branches more than 5 times and spent more than 8 hours in total trying to close my accounts and move my debit orders...Oh, did I mention the only debit order was my student acc at FNB!! Shocking!! Since then I have been have missed my \FNB"study loan repayments and subsequently my account is at collections and my credit rating shattered.<br> I honestly have say FNB is the worst bank ever and I am in the process of getting legal advice seeing as my credit rating and account conduct is being influenced by their incompetence.not to mention the loss of income and time wasted due to their lack of service! <br> """
