Bank who thinks they can do anything

Im very angry FNB has double debited me and I cant reverse it or even dispute it when i call in I have already disputed the ability to juat go in and take money whenever they want but now Oh dont worry they can offer me a loan. Bunch of high and mighty *******! If i dont get a rwsponse in 5 hours im submitting to the ombondsman.
