Bank validation

I have a problem with fnb business banking... We opened an account on the 4th of February 2022 everything they said went well then we submitted the account details on CSD...but to our surprise it have been failing saying wrong name on CSD.we went to the bank to fix it they said it was fixed but again it failed....this had been going on for the past 2 months now..and it's FNB which has our company name wrong on Hogan...so we are affected by the system of FNB is it fair as a small business...is it really fair ???if by the 31st of March is not fixed we can't get paid...I'm really frustrated and I don't even know where to report this as we have been going to the branch it seems like the branch manager cannot assist also
