Bank validation

I am not happy with CSD and FNB. I have been trying to get my bank account verified for the past 2 weeks, I have asked my investor to extend time to fix this and they did but now they are threatening to pull out of our deal. The way FNB and CSD are unorganized on the 17 March 2022 I received an e-mail saying (validation Succeeded), and just today (validation failed) without any reason except a note saying contact CSD, This is very frustrating this systems are not helping at all.
