Bank Unresponsive
The bank is unresponsive to queries related to queries related to incorrect balances and interest rates app**** to agreements. Automated responses only. Not even an acknowledgement that we are working on your query, and it's been over 3 weeks. I have kept up my end of the agreement for 8 years and should be finished with the payment plans. Disgusting treatment!!!!

09 May 2024, 12:37Your Debt Review centre is ********* and will does follow apply own agreed restructure rates. FNB are stonewalling when all evidence of historic payments and signed agreements have been submitted to yourselves by the debt councillor as proof of agreement. It's very evident FNB are not even looking at the evidence submitted by myself and the Debt Councillor 3 times in the last 24 hours. Pathetic culture in your organisation. One even has to follow up with mails asking for acknowledgment of emails. You should all hang your head in shame. Disgusting treatment.
