Bank unhelpful

Tried the Secure Chat. "Denise" said that "we" cannot give bank statements and then cut me off without waiting for my reply. I was asked to rate "Prince". Then I had to download the phone app to give a rating. Now waiting for Ayanda and the FNB site is trying to log me off. Just trying to get back statements. Also cannot disable the "Touch and Go". Very dangerous but no risk to the bank. Looks like Ayanda has disconnected me
