Bank took my salary

On Sunday 30/10/2022 I wanted to deposit my salary, the ATM said error and did not return my money, Monday after I was there at the bank they asked the slip I provided,they said 48 hrs, on Thursday I got time to go back they said they found it , and that my money will be available on Friday yesterday, to this moment no calls and no money , I need to pay rent etc , I've pho emailed each still ko response , now what do I do
