bank that puts you in debt

I have been with FNB for many years now its time I consider taking my money elsewhere, How does a bank put you in ereas on R2600 I mean that is half of my salary, Why would one want to bank with a bank that puts them in debt/poverty.

I will not be able to pay such a large amount for bsnk charges. I would rather move my salary
