Bank that helps themselves First

On 19/12/16 I received my pension payout, payments were debited towards my outstanding smart spend loan, the amount debited was 5times more than my initial/outstanding balance. I had an insurance option which was not implemented at the time of my dismissal, meaning that when I got my pension payout they debited a large amount without permission or notification of what the debit was utilized for or what it covered. In addition to this I was introduced to a cellphone bundle deal which I qualified for and was sent a sim card without a cellphone. Amounts for this contract was also debited... with all of this running the savings account which was linked to my cheque account became a second cheque account and had timeless unanswered calls to a call center which was never of effective nor beneficial but added to my financial crisis which was a never ending nightmare.... I cant begin to describe the amount of unresolved attempts to salvage my financial crisis through an institution who portrays themselves as a client based financial institution who's motto is " To welcome people who needs help". Untill this moment I still have debits going off to who knows what. I had suffered further financial losses as a result of my bank being dishonest and robbing me of my hard earned money. As a result of this whole mismanagement of FNB that mislead me and was the main contributing factor that made me go into a deep psychological depression that crippled me until now. Thus, the reason I'm only addressing the problem now not being fully fit but in terrible need of help because of FNB's wrong doing and my incredible need of providing for my family which also made them suffer.
