*********** bank that helps noone

After proactively requesting that my home loan be re-financed in 2024 due to issues receiving my commission from my employer (and hence pre-empting affordability concerns) my application was never processed. This account subsequently fell into arrears and my followup requests for re-financing simply ignored. I was then informed that I don't qualify for refinancing and that arrears need to be paid up. I subsequently made a payment arrangement, which was also ignored, and my account was handed over to legal. After attempting to negotiate, on several occasions, the re-financing of this loan this bank continues sending letters of demand. I then made an additional arrangement, which was also ignored, and even instructed the agent to automatically deduct the additional amount in conjunction with my debit order. Again, this was ignored and I was told I am failing to make any arrangement to pay outstanding arrears. I am so tired of this bank that claims to help people - of which I have been a client for probably 35years+. I am counting down the days when I can pay all my debts and permanently shut down ALL services with them. ***********, unhelpful, greedy, unempathetic people who don't care at all about your personal circumstances with complete lack of accountability.
