Bank Syndicate

I don't know how this bank works... They dont even deserve a star as a rating.My mother got ****med early this month lucky we Noticed quick and rushed to the bank and they said they have shut down the account and only R108.00 was taken and they gave us a new card.Today I went to check up on the money if it was still there. And there was no money I print out the statement only to find after I went on the bank with my mother to complain about being ****med by one their own the money was deducted on the following day. How because they gave us a new card and account?? I need help in getting the money back because clearly this is their syndicate am extremely disappointed in First National Bank
