bank switching a terrible idea

So my wife was a[approached at her workplace regarding FNB accounts etc, and i have been wanting to lower my monthly payment for a while and possibly switch....so this was sign.

what a mistake.

the sales pitch: for the first 3 months there will be no account fees while debit orders are switched We will switch all your debit orders for you and other promises.......

I ended up have to search for the contact numbers of every debit order I have and personally phone them, hours on the phone to confirm my details, sms and emails regarding non payments ( i ended up doing the EFT or personally going in to pay)

really!!!

And i was still charge account fees!!!!

After sales sucks! Im so sad I closed my account i had for years just to be treated like this.

Even when my wife now phones or asks something she is treated as if she is stupid by the banker. Come into my field of expertise and treat my like im dumb! I dare you!!!!!
