Bank statements

I have been struggling to get my FNB latest bank statement. The statement which is downloadable on the app is not updated . I have called the client services spoke to more than 7 consultants no one was able to assist me . I do not have time to go to the branch during the week. What does a person have to do to get “ Their “ bank statement. I mean I am paying for it also . FNB’s service is just so poor now . This is a disgrace !! I just need my bank statement that’s it ‘
