bank statement urgently required

I accidently paid cell c r3500.00 and im in urgent need of a refund from them ,they require october bank statement from fnb since payment was made on the 10th October.I emailed pop but that does not suffice i only have access to statements from september going forward and im in urgent need of that r3500.00.I actually needed it today.i called fnb and your consultant dropped ,i was advised that you can assist with october statement and it would cost r30.00.Please send statement from 01st october to date to *** by cob today.
