Bank Statement issues on the app - Poor call services

The FNB banking service is not aware of there statements not able to download, I called my 4 times for support and they dont want to send me my statements after providing all my information. I highly advise to look carefully which bank provides good service. I am very unhappy during my working time to sit on call to get this information that should work seemlessly.
