Bank statement

I'm so disappointed with fnb I've been begging them to send me bank statement in pdf format because their app is no longer allowing me to download bank statement to my phone they advised me to use online banking I tried online banking online banking wich I did but when I tried to login it said my profile has been blocked and I've been typing correct password now I lost two job opportunities because of bank statement I'm very disappointed 😥 and I wouldn't anyone to use fnb from now on I'll just give it 1 star and they don't even deserve it
