Bank Services *******.

2 Debit orders were rejected by the bank when there was sufficient funds for the 1 debit order.

Their explanation is that the 2 debit orders were considered as 1 amount in the bank. But behold how they debit 2 "unpaid charges" but you have the nerve to tell me the amounts are considered as one for the purpose of the debit order, what utter nonsense and ****.

Even after you have collected that amount for 'unpaid debit order' there was still funds for that one debit order to still go through.

Almost a month later and I still have had no help. The consultant you allocated to assist me didn't... I am still for a decent explanation as to why my money was taken for failed debit orders when the funds were clearly there.

If you are still not satisfied with the response please contact FNB Premier Resolution Centre on *** for a better understanding.

Email Customer : ***, Subject : ***NF, Message : Good day Miss Khumalo, We acknowledge receipt of your complaint regarding the unpaid debit orders. Your debit orders were unpaid due to insufficient funds available at the time of the debit orders processing. Debit orders are run midnight of the debit order date. If there there are purchase/s reserved this will also affect your balance available. Viewing of your account, the time of debit orders processing there was insufficient funds available. The statement that the bank looks at the debit order/s as one is incorrect and we apologise for the information provided.

I am not happy with the response becuase supposedly had no funds in my account but I was able to tranfer R2000 same day and FNB was able to collect R220 for unpaid debit orders but there were no FUNDS.... Bull**** explanation and I will not waste my airtime calling you guys to be told the same thing over and over again. Maybe then you will serve the Ombudsman with a better explanation.
