Bank services fees

I havr logged a service fee request with FNB and all the fees that were adjusted they decided to calculate for a period of 14 months only and excluded other months which were 13 I just want to advise that the matter its not resolved I tried to resolve it with Jubilee mall but No they could not until I received the statement that Issued early this year can I please get the difference of the fees that were adjusted because I was not happy with the closure and explanation this one its straight forward I do have the bank statements that shows how much fees that were paid that it differes with the fees charged on the account this is day light ******* taking money from the poor I am not happy after so many times going to their branches without any help all their trying to do is the explanation not a solution.
