This is not a complaint - Just hoping to get someone to speak to who does not work form a manual.

Good day. I am contacting you from here, instead of the chat service for the bank. Why can I not decrease my credit card limit. I am forced to stay on a higher amount. And yes, I do have a huge credit gap which I want to take out.
