**** bank, **** service, dumb people
Since the beginning of the week fnb has just ****ed up my whole account. First you have problems with your system, it for update payments and deposits. I go into a useless bank, just to be helped by useless people who don’t know what is happening. Can one of your idiots please sort out my account. I now cannot make some online purchases. My account is a **** up, and seems no one is interested in helping, or doesn’t know what they are doing. All divisions at fnb have been 0% help, 0% knowledge, 0% friendliness. Currently you give 0% after sales service. Because the idiots helping know **** all.

18 Feb 2024, 07:35Just a bit of info for future clients. I walked into Olympus branch, the person couldn’t read a statement properly. The cannot help you in branch. They have to call people because they know nothing. Why support a bank that can’t help you? Fnb was a great bank. Currently I can’t mention 1 good thing about this bank. I struggled just to get my cards renewed last year. Fnb has no division for proper professional help anymore. I’m busy looking for a new bank currently. Any recommendations?
