Bank Selected an account in negative and I lost money

Good day

My name is Maano Malaka. I lost my Which was a gift for an import Doctor's consultation when the banking deposited the exchange into an account owing. I do acknowledge that I owing since I was retrenched due to COVID and only found work recently. I am willing to even sign and acknowledgement of Debt or submit an affidavit that R350 can be debited to pay the account in arrears if my plea is accepted. I will highly appreciate this concession.
