Bank *******...

I have a personal loan with Fnb for 4 years. In December 2019 they deducted money in my account on the 28th of December 2019 I reversed that transaction because that was not the agreed date, they were supposed to debit the money on the 1st of every month. After the reversal they did not deduct the money for January and February 2020. Now they claim i have an outstanding amount with them. they did not send me any notification or whatsoever until i went to their branch in February 2020 and they told me i owe them. I made an arrangement to pay in 2 installments but could not pay. They called me again in March 2020 and told me that they are going to deduct about R950 on my account and i did not authorize for it, and they went ahead and deducted that amount. Since then they have been quite, recently on my statement they say i owe them about R2500.00. Why did they not deduct the outstanding amount in April 2020 because they did so in March without my approval? I feel they want me to keep owing them forever because my loan repayment was supposed to end in April 2020. Please help me fix this with my bank. Yours Sincerely, Themba Grandon
