Bank refusing to deal with Coloured Person

I app**** for a home loan. The Bond Consultant was very helpful but mentioned that credit department have their own rules and only they know what the criteria is and somewhat change it as they see fit. My application was declined because - i don't bank with FNB and as a result they excluding my income/even though my wife may qualify for a certain amount(she banks with Nedbank) my income negates hers as FNB looks at traditional marriages as being married In Community of Property. Furthermore in FNB rejects any rental income if its not deposited into a FNB account but the bond consultant says she's aware that in some cases the do....so my question is why not for me. The bond consultant was very nice and said its pointless i fight with FNB as they do what they want and as a client there is nothing you can do. Even tho its law that the Bank must make all information to their decisions available they don't need to if they don't want to.
