Bank Refusal To send A settlement letter

I have been chasing this bank for a credit card settlement letter.I am certainly not winning. I fear as it still shows active but they insisted its closed. Someond might *****ulemtly make purchases under my name due to this bank's neglifence.

This is also affecting my credit score as this card along with the debit one (Both closed and settled in March 2020) still show active.

I have sent them emails and followed up, no feedback!
