Bank Rating Letter

I have been trying to request for a bank rating letter since the 15th Oct for my business. I require this rating letter before the 1st Nov as I need to submit a tender. Why is it such an issue to be redirected to the correct channel to request this? Please can you assist me in this regard, I urgently require the letter.
