Bank profile

I am a client of FNB for some years now and noticed that there is a Personal Loan account on my profile which did not open up. I have tried contacting the bank and now they saying that i must contact Wesbank, I don't even own a motor vehicle neither app**** for vehicle finance. This is a bad reflection on my status with the bank. I need someone to please call me ASAP. The account number shows ***
