Bank problem

Inherited money from an employer and the trust money was signed for....but not by me(forged). Had a joined account with my wife, and she withdrawed money without my permission and have statements, even though the bank said that nothing was withdrawn. According to the bank,My account has been closed by the bank in Lutzwil. I appointed a lawyer but the bank keep on changing their stories, because the money was withdrawn in Lutzwil and im currently in cape town.....this case has been going on for quite a few years....need help urgently
