Bank of the changeables!!!?? The only change is worse service
We have trust accounts with the bank that have been in place for over 10 years. Every year or so we go round and round with KYC / Fica updates and this year is no different. The bank in its wisdom has now blocked the main account, despite updates to this one not being requested since 2021 (and completed at that time). I have emailed the relevant people several times but I cannot get any resolution. I now have bills to pay and I can't.

03 Aug 2022, 13:16So despite being told by the back a formal complaint had been logged on the 1st I have heard nothing from anyone on that reference. Finally managed to get hold of our "private banker" who never answers his phone or email. He advised yesterday that they had all the docs they needed and the hold would be lifted "shortly". 22 hours later I still can't make a payment. Really pathetic.
