FNB is full of nonsense. i now believe they might be working with *******. my mom phone was blocked then they made sim swap there after some Nigerian guy called threatening her. they tried to open businesses with her details but luckily we had already blocked and reported it. Our money is not safe with FNB.

BE ON THE LOOK OUT FOR THIS BANK. it doesn't care about their clients.
