Bank not keeping to its promise

I was very keen in switching banks, but have realized that I'd rather stick with the devil I know or find an alternative bank rather than FNB. Thato Takadi told me that FNB switches the debit orders for clients (the radio advert also confirms this), however I am now asked to fill in the forms manually where I must detail each debit order and beneficiary. To rub salt into the wounds, when I called FNB I was told it's up to me whether to fill in or not. I find that very inappropriate as a customer who agreed (telephonically) to join them. As a result my search for an appropriate bank continues.
