Bank not able to provide Original Title Deed

I got a further bond back in May 2021 and everything is ready to be signed but our attorney says they are still waiting for Original Title Deed. I have never experience this kind of delay with other banks. My Consultant keep saying she is pushing to get this title deed. How hard is it to get the title deed?
