bank my change money VANISHED!

<p>Firstly, your social media helper Riaan is beyong useless. </p> <p>FNB has deducted "bank my change" from my account on the 25th of Febuary and to this day, even after numerous messages I still have yet to be told where it has gone to? I have sent more than 1 screenshot of the transaction history of my account where the debuction can be seen and another screen schoot of my savings pocket with NO transactions what so ever. Where is my money? I have messaged Riaan many many times and not once has he ever provided help, a resoluton or a fix? WHERE IS MY BANK MY CHANGE MONEY?! I have asked numerous times again and nothing, no answer and there is still no money in my savings pocket. Pure theft! I refuse to wait another 7 months for an asnswer and for my money to be put into my savings pocket! </p> <p> </p> <p>My first issue started in September 2016, I mesaged numerous times and he provided absolutely no help whatsoever... only ever sent links and told me to call the call centre even after explaining I cant sit on the phone for 30 minutes at a time to be helped by an even more incompetant person. Inbox after inbox nothing was done. My query was never answered, I was not call at any time after logging a query and Riaan had told me numerous times my query had been escalted. Clearly it had not been as January it was still not fixed, and still i was never called. </p> <p> </p> <p>The issue was fixed, early MARCH 2017 _ YES! 7 months of constantly inboxing and asking for follow ups and it took 7 months. NOW I WANT MY BANK MY CHANGE MONEY!!!</p> <p> </p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
