Bank lost my refund into my card

I had a refund from an airline paid into my credit card - yet FNB says they can not find it. Been pushed from one email complaints department to the next, each one tells me to ask airline for proof -- how am i supposed to do that. The airline says they pay in batches and gave a tracking number - which FNB refuses to use. Nobody in card division actually answers emails at ***
