Bank is gambling with my personal information

1. I made arrangement to pay my loan with the bank. 2. I was told that there will be no interest added. 3. My ref number was changed to UNLAW without me knowing 4. Changed again to FNBLAW within letting me know 5 I have disputed that a number of times with no success because I am a person the bank is bigger then I am. 6. Over and above that there is a guy who just called me to make arrangements to pay while there is an arrangement that is currently on with the bank. 7. Why am I not consulted with that involved my personal information or is it just because I am a poor blackman who can not fight for himself
