Bank is declining payments, and reversing the subsequent ones.

I have been banking with FNB for more than 10 years and have accepted their service, I have a HL account with them, the rate they offered wasn't great but relatively OK at the time, so over the years I built my emergency funds within my HL account and this benefited the BANK. I Recently I asked for a repayment rate review, with my current repayment in access of R1778., no overdue payments and the fact that I'm a loyal customer, I got a response from 7% FNB HL gave 20 basis points and " If you restructure the prepaid access amount in your account you will get a further 15 basis points you be sitting at 6.65%. This restructuring of my own money, means I won't get free access to it and top of that I'll have to get credit approved and there's no guarantee of approval ". Now they are suspended all my payments nothing, an R100k in between😠😠😠😠😠😠😠 FNB reversed payments. 3 times.
