****** bank hokding my money for nothing

I am banking with FNB easy zero account i send money with immediatley payment from capitec to fnb and the total amount was 20 000 on friday the 13 dec 2024 . Instead of sending 14k i send 20 000 so i called fnb they said the money is on suspense account it can take 7 working days to be released

I didnt not buy food for christmas , lot of debit orders returned unpaid no food 8n the house because the money is waiting to be send back to capitec the when part i dont know

Thwley are giving me attitude on the phone when i call yet someone can press one button and release my money i have nothing now

Fnb is becoming a ****** bank thy dont care about what i am facing rught now

Its time fornus black people to realise they are not serving us at all they have hatred since friday i am explaining the same thing to their incompitent agents they dont get it what is difficult to send my money back to capitec account and please close that account ofnurs i dont need it anymore

SA stop banking with them they dont care they are rude on the phone unprofessional agents you better wake up SA now
