Bank helps them selves!!! ***** and theft!!!

Getting worried now. FNB is deducting money from my wife's banking account on a monthly basis for a loan which she did not take. Apparently Covid 19 loan. There is still a huge loan amount remaining? How can the bank do that? Considering legal and ******** action against the bank now! Ken ***.
