Bank Harbours & Protects *********!!!

I was at FNB North Rand Road Branch to cash a cheque. While being "helped" by a Teller, he told me that he was busy verifying the cheque and just disappeared with the cheque for a while after asking me to wait. When he returned, he had a cooldrink and no cheque. After a while he then cashed the cheque and placed the cash on top of the counter in full view of the entire branch. I left the branch heading towards my workplace and was chatting to a colleague outside when a white car pulled up and a few men got out, proceeded to point a gun at us and told my colleague not to say a word or interfere in any way. They were asking me for the money and I asked what money and they gave the exact amount I had just cashed at the branch. I was confused and asking what money when they hit me over the head with the gun and while I was on the ground proceeded asking for the amount I had withdrawn. Fearing for my life, I could not respond as I was in shock so they started searching me and found the cash in my pocket and took it. They calmly walked off and when they were gone, my colleague was able to assist me in getting help. The following day I returned to the Branch to enquire what exactly the teller had been verifying and where he had gone to when he disappeared while I waited. The Branch Manager, Erni van Wyk, advised me that anything that happens once I leave the branch is not the branch's respoinsibility and that I need to write a letter of complaint and he would then call me, I did this and to date there has not even been a free sms from the branch. I am writing this complaint as I suspect that the teller was "verifying" with the men who ****** me as:

1) No one knew where I would be when I cashed the cheque as it was a last minute decision 2) How would a random person know the EXACT amount that I had cashed when only myself and the teller knew same??? 3) What verification requires a teller to leave their post where they have access to all the information of the account the cheque is being cashed against and if there is a problem, they call a supervisor to assist there and then?

This needs to be investigated as Erni seems to be trying to protect a possible ******** and if the people we entrust to look after our financial wellbeing are busy assisting and contributing to the crime in our country, we need to put a stop to it and hold the relevant parties accountable! Our safety is at stake.
