Bank Guarantees

How can requesting a mere Bank Guarantee on the money that you have on your business account takes almost 7days then you claim you care for your business customers?. Other banking institutions issues an immediate guarantee letter thus holding the guaranteed amount and only when the company in question is awarded the project then issue the actual bank guarantee. Quite a pathetic service but hey what can one do.
